Alex Hogarty || 16 || Homosexual || FC: Harry Styles || Open
Roommate: Jesse Hault
About: Alex Hogarty is the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. He’s very open about his sexuality, but that doesn’t mean girls don’t try to throw themselves at him. They’ve got good reason to, he is one of the cutest guys at the school obviously. He’s very confident about his skills and his actions, and he’s nice to everyone he meets. Rather than completely hating his homophobic roommate, he tries his hardest to get along with him, it just usually doesn’t work out so well for him. Alex spends a large portion of his time writing, it’s his passion. He mostly writes about his life in his brown moleskin journal that he keeps underneath his pillow. He wouldn’t dare let anyone read his musings.
Background: Alex grew up knowing there was something different about him. He never found himself running away from girl’s and their supposed cooties, most of them were his friends rather than them chasing after him. Once he turned thirteen, Alex knew he didn’t find girls attractive in the way that he should, sure he found them pretty, stunning, but he had no desire to want to kiss them or even be in a relationship with one of them. There was no doubt in his mind that he was gay, and thankfully, most of his friends understood. His parents were a little iffy about it, they wanted to support him through all of his choices, so they did end up being okay with it after a while.
Best friends with Ethan Wood, Ryan Bartlet, and Jacob Lyon.
Jesse Hault || 17 || Straight || FC: Louis Tomlinson || Open
Roommate: Alex Hogarty
About: Jesse Hault is generally the biggest douche around. He’s stubborn and hardheaded, and if you aren’t a part of his crowd you can kiss your chance of talking to him goodbye because he won’t speak or associate himself with anyone who isn’t popular. He’s aware that Scarlett Morgan’s taken a liking to him, he just doesn’t know why, because he knows he’s a dick. When it comes to his roommate, Alex, Jesse dislikes him more than anyone he’s ever met. Why? Because he’s homophobic. The fact that he has to room with someone who disgusts him more than anything really pisses him off, which is why he tries to stay out of his room as much as possible.
Background: Jesse forced his parents to send him to Cherryfield, because he firmly believes that he deserves the best, and let’s face it, nothing’s better than Cherryfield. Ever since he was younger he’s had to be the best at everything. He can’t handle not being the best and has a very competitive mindset. He’s constantly working to make himself better, whether he’s studying to get the best grades in class or working harder to be the best on one of the many teams he’s one.
Best friends with Lucy Porter and Blaise Holloway.
Scarlett watches him from afar and feels a love that is unrequitted by Jesse.
